please complete the assessment below in order to guide us in curating your child’s first borrow buddies home learning kit. a feedback form will be sent out after the first kit so that you can update your child’s information at any time.
many of these questions require that you observe your child’s play. here are some great tips for parent observation!

In observing your child’s play, which of the following schema (behavior pattern) would you guess s/he is immersed in currently? (choose any or all that apply)

Orientation (enjoys being upside down or underneath things) Positionining (enjoys lining up items, putting like items together or positioning things in the same manner) Connection (enjoys connecting items like legos or train tracks and/or taking items apart/knocking things down) Trajectory (enjoys climbing and jumping from a height, playing with running water, throwing/dropping items) Enclosure/Container(enjoys filling containers, getting into enclosed spaces, making walls around items or self) Transporting (enjoys carrying heavy items or multiple items at once, putting items in a wagon or cart, etc) Enveloping (enjoys hiding games/peek-a-boo, covering items with blankets/paper/tape) Rotation (enjoys wheels or anything that turns round and round, spinning oneself or being swung around) Transformation (enjoys baking, making mud pies, pouring water into food and mixing, holding food in mouth)
